Welcome to Hire my Bid. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. You also affirm that you are of legal working age and are authorized to work legally in the United States of America.

 

1. Definitions

  • User: Any person using the services of the website.

  • Candidate: A natural person searching for a job.

  • Employer: Any business, company, business owner, manager, human resources personnel, or any other person in charge of hiring or recruiting human talent.

  • Bid: The form job seekers fill to customize a job offer, which is public and available for viewing by any person on the website.

  • CV: Curriculum Vitae, a document that outlines a Candidate's work history, education, skills, and accomplishments.

 

2. Purpose of the Website

Hire my Bid is an online platform designed to facilitate connections between job seekers (Candidates) and Employers by providing a space where Candidates can post customized job offers (Bids) and Employers can view and respond to these Bids.

 

3. Account Registration and Use

  • Candidates: Candidates are not required to create an account to post Bids.

  • Employers: Employers must create an account to access and view Bids.

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

 

4. Posting and Viewing Bids

  • Free Posting: Posting Bids is free, and Candidates can post as many Bids as they want.

  • Bid Duration: Bids will remain on the website for 90 days but can be removed or modified at any time upon the Candidate's email request.

  • Employer Access: Employers must "apply" to the Bid and pay a fee to access the personal and contact information of Candidates.
     

5. Payments

Fee Structure: The pricing details for accessing candidate information are available in the pricing section of our website.

Payment Process:
 

Case 1: I just want to contact one candidate:

Employers can apply for a Bid through the form available on the candidate’s page. Once we confirm the candidate's availability, we will send the employer an electronic invoice for the corresponding fee. After this one-time payment and confirmation, we will help the employer schedule an interview with the candidate.
 

Case 2: I want unlimited access:

Employers have the option to purchase a monthly subscription through the website. From the moment the subscription is activated, employers will have unlimited access to contact and schedule interviews with as many candidates as they want for one month. After each Bid application, a Hire My Bid representative will get in contact with the employer and the candidate to help coordinate the interview.

The monthly subscription is automatically renewed. If the employer does not wish to continue with the subscription, they must cancel it before the next billing day to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
 

In both cases:

After Hire My Bid schedules the interview and confirms it took place, we do not participate any further in the hiring process nor charge any additional fees.

 

Contact Information

Hire My Bid will contact the employer through the contact details provided in the Bid application forms for interview coordination and communication purposes.
 

6. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from offering illegal, sexual, violent, or harmful services or using discriminatory, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language.

Review and Approval: Hire My Bid reserves the right to review and approve all Bids before they are published. We may refuse to publish any Bid deemed dangerous, problematic, or not aligned with the company’s purpose. We are not obligated to provide explanations for our decisions.

Modification Requests: We may ask users to modify their Bids to make them suitable for publishing, providing specific guidance in such cases.

7. Responsibilities and Limitations

Voluntary Use: All users make the voluntary decision to use our website.

No Job Assurance: Hire My Bid does not guarantee that users will get a job or find a suitable candidate.

Employer’s Responsibility: It is the employer’s responsibility to contact the candidate if the interview scheduled by Hire My Bid is successful. Hire My Bid does not participate in any part of the hiring process beyond interview scheduling.

No Guarantees about Candidates: Hire My Bid does not guarantee the suitability, abilities, or any other aspect of the candidate as expressed in their Bid.

 

8. CV Modifications

The only modification we will make to the CVs (Curriculum Vitae) of Candidates is to cover their personal and contact information. The rest of the CV will be publicly accessible to allow any potential Employer to view it before deciding to apply to the Bid. We encourage Candidates to be responsible for the content they share and the information provided, as it will be available to the public.

 

9. Security

  • Reasonable Measures: Hire my Bid takes reasonable measures to protect Users' data. However, we do not guarantee absolute security, and data leaks can happen despite our efforts.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Data Use: We will not sell Users' information to others. However, we use third-party services that may have access to the information for operational purposes.

  • Data Protection: While we strive to protect Users' data, we acknowledge that no system is perfect, and we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or data breaches.

 

11. Legal Matters

  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Hire my Bid harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the website.

  • No Defamation: Users are prohibited from defaming, attacking, or blaming Hire my Bid for any issues arising from the use of the platform.

  • Liability Limitation: Hire my Bid disclaims any liability for the actions, conduct, or performance of any Candidate or Employer. The website serves solely as a platform to connect job seekers and Employers, and we do not take any responsibility for the outcome of any interactions or transactions between them.

 

12. Modifications

Hire my Bid reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the website.

  • With Employers: We share Candidates' contact information with Employers who have applied to their Bids and paid the necessary fees.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

 

4. Data Security

  • Protection Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security due to the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.

Refund Policy

At Hire My Bid, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for both employers and candidates. While we strive for seamless transactions, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Below are the detailed conditions under which refunds may be considered, particularly for employers using the "only contact one candidate" option. Please note that refunds do not apply to employers using the unlimited monthly subscription plan, which is non-refundable under all circumstances.
 

1. What the Fee Covers

The fee paid—whether a one-time payment or a monthly subscription—grants employers the following:

  • The right to access the candidate’s personal and contact information, which will be released to the employer by Hire My Bid.

  • A complementary interview scheduling service (virtual or in-person) with the selected candidate.
     

Beyond this presentation and scheduling of the interview, Hire My Bid does not take any further part in the hiring process, nor do we charge any additional fees. Our service is focused on providing employers the opportunity to contact and interview a candidate. Any issues that arise after the interview has been scheduled are where the refund policy may apply.
 

2. Refund Situations for One-Time Payment

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances for one-time payments made to contact a single candidate:

  • Candidate Unavailability:
    If we are unable to confirm the availability of the candidate after you have submitted your application, no charges will be applied. Additionally, we will offer you similar candidate Bids to help you continue your search for the right candidate.

  • Failure to Schedule Interview:
    If we do not communicate with you within 48 hours of confirming your payment to begin scheduling the interview, you are eligible for a full refund. This only applies to the one-time fee option, not the unlimited subscription plan. In such cases, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

  • Candidate No-Show:
    If the candidate does not attend the scheduled interview, despite prior confirmation, you may be eligible for a refund. We will investigate the situation, and if the candidate is found responsible, a full refund will be issued.

  • False or Misleading Information:
    If, after an interview, you discover that the candidate provided false or misleading information in their Bid, please report this to us. Although we do not independently verify candidate information, we take such matters seriously. If we confirm that the candidate provided inaccurate information, a full refund will be issued.
     

3. Situations Where Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Unsuitable Candidate During Interview:
    If you interviewed the candidate and found they were not suitable for your team, the refund does not apply. Once the interview is scheduled, Hire My Bid has fulfilled its service obligation.

  • Candidate Unsatisfactory After Hiring:
    If you hire the candidate and find them unsatisfactory during their first days of work, no refund applies. As previously mentioned, Hire My Bid does not participate in any hiring process beyond presenting the candidate and scheduling the interview. The fee paid only covers this initial stage.

  • Training or Probationary Periods:
    If, after the interview, you invite the candidate to a training or probationary period and later decide not to hire them, the refund does not apply. We do not guarantee successful hiring outcomes, as our responsibility ends once the interview has been completed. Decisions made by the employer or candidate after this stage are not covered by the fee.
     

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission:
    All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the issue occurring. Please submit your request via email to support@hiremybid.com, providing detailed information regarding the issue. Written documentation is necessary to ensure the issue is properly reviewed.

  • Investigation Period:
    Upon receiving your refund request, we may take up to one month to conduct a full investigation. This process allows us to ensure fairness and accuracy in determining whether a refund is applicable.

  • Refund Confirmation:
    Once our investigation is complete, you will receive an email notification of the final decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 72 hours of the confirmation email.

  • Refund Payment:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, unless an alternative arrangement is made and mutually agreed upon. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times, which may take 7-10 business days.
     

5. Payments Through Official Channels Only

Hire My Bid only recognizes payments made through our official and authorized portals or website. Employers must ensure that payments are made through an official Hire My Bid portal. If a payment is made outside of these official channels and is not supported by an official invoice or receipt from Hire My Bid, the refund policy does not apply.

Only members of the Hire My Bid team, using the official support@hiremybid.com email, are authorized to request payments, issue invoices, or send links to employers for making payments. If an employer is contacted by someone outside of the Hire My Bid team or by someone attempting to impersonate a team member, the employer must notify us immediately via support@hiremybid.com to investigate potential fraud or impersonation attempts.
 

6. Important Notes

  • No Refunds for Subscription Plans:
    Employers using the unlimited monthly subscription plan are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. However, if a candidate is unavailable, we will offer similar Bid options to ensure continuity in your hiring process.

  • Final Refund Decision:
    We reserve the right to verify that there was no successful contact or engagement between the employer and candidate before issuing any refund. All final refund decisions will be communicated via email, and our decision is binding once the investigation is completed.
